🛒 Orders & Payments

1. How do I place an order?
Add your desired items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and fill in your shipping and payment details to complete the order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

3. Can I modify my order after it's placed?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order to request changes. After fulfillment begins, changes are no longer possible.

4. Why was my payment declined?
Ensure your billing details match your card provider’s records. If problems persist, try a different method or contact your bank.

5. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping options, but all items are neatly packed with care.

6. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

7. What are your shipping options?
We offer free standard shipping within the USA and Europe. International shipping costs vary by location.

8. How long does delivery take?
USA: 5–7 business days. Europe: 10–15 business days. Other countries: may vary depending on the destination.

9. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, but some carriers may have limitations. Contact us if unsure.

10. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear.

📦 Returns & Refunds

11. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

12. How do I start a return?
Email us at packemwmsstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

13. Are return shipping costs covered?
We provide a prepaid return label if the return is due to our error. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

14. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. It may take a few days for your bank to post it.

15. Can I exchange an item?
We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement to ensure faster processing.

Our products are made from durable, eco-friendly, and water-resistant materials. Details are listed on each product page.

17. Are your travel bags machine washable?
Some are washable and some are spot-clean only. Please check the care instructions on each product page.

18. Do your storage bags have zippers or drawstrings?
We offer both types. Product pages clearly show the closure type.

19. Can I buy in bulk or for wholesale?
Yes! Please email us with your requirements and we’ll provide custom quotes and shipping arrangements.

20. Do you restock sold-out items?
